1900 Lawrence is a "Class A", 30-story office tower located in Denver, Colorado. Designed by renowned Goettsch Partners, the project features multiple floors that feature views within the urban environment of the Front Range, Coors Field, and Skyline Park.

Long Haul Films collaborated with the team behind 1900 Lawrence to create this short documentary video, which introduces potential tenants to some of the building's most covetable amenities, along with showcasing local business owners and civic leaders from the Lower Downtown neighborhood.
